1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number and password (hashed; we cannot read it).
- Order and payment data: what you bought, the payment method, the order number and the transfer receipt image for manual payments (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay / bank transfer).
- Session data: the consultations and workshops you booked and any notes you choose to share with the specialist.
- Assessment data: your answers to psychological assessments, the results and the recommendations derived from them.
- Usage data: course progress, lessons watched, books opened, device and browser type.
- Messages: whatever you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
2. How we use your data
- To deliver what you purchased: unlocking courses and books, booking sessions and showing assessment results.
- To verify payments, review transfer receipts and issue invoices.
- To send necessary notifications: order confirmation, session times and service changes.
- To improve the content and the platform based on aggregated usage patterns (never to identify individuals).
- To comply with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and respond to lawful requests.
3. Assessment results and consultation sessions
We treat your assessment answers and the content of your consultation sessions as sensitive data. They are used only to provide the service to you and are visible only to the specialist responsible for your session and authorised administrators. We never sell this data or share it with advertisers.
4. Sharing with third parties
- Specialists: see only what is needed to deliver your session or workshop (your name, contact details and the notes you shared).
- Payment providers: when you pay by card through Paymob, your card details are processed by Paymob directly; we never store card numbers on our servers.
- Infrastructure providers: data is hosted on secure cloud services (Supabase) with encryption in transit and strict row-level access rules.
- Authorities: when required by law.
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme (light/dark). We do not use advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for the period required by Egyptian law for accounting purposes. You can request account deletion at any time; we delete your personal data within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
7. Your rights
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data from your account page or by contacting us.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Opt out of non-essential messages.

8. Security
We apply technical and organisational safeguards: HTTPS encryption, password hashing, least-privilege access and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password and never share your account.
9. Children
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. Younger users may use the platform with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision; the guardian is responsible for the account.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a new "last updated" date, and material changes are announced by email or an in-platform notice.
