1. Your account
- The details you register with must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms or is used abusively.
2. Nature of the services
- Courses, workshops and books are educational and training content in mental fitness, sports psychology and performance development.
- Consultations are support and guidance sessions with certified specialists. They are not an emergency service and not a substitute for medical or clinical psychological treatment. In an emergency, contact the nearest medical service immediately.
- Psychological assessments are guidance tools that provide general indicators and recommendations; they are not a medical diagnosis.
- Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
3. Purchases, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Available payment methods: Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank transfer (with a receipt upload) and card payment through Paymob where enabled.
- Manually paid orders are reviewed by our team within 24 working hours before access is activated. We may reject a receipt that is unclear or does not match the amount.
- Every purchase gets an order number (MF-YYYY-#####) to be quoted in any correspondence or refund request.
- Discount codes are subject to their published conditions and cannot be combined in one order.
4. Content licence
- Buying a course or book gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch or read the content through the platform.
- Recording, downloading, copying or republishing lessons, or sharing login details or signed links with others, is prohibited.
- The access period for recorded courses is stated on each course page; unless stated otherwise, access continues for as long as the platform operates.
- All intellectual property in the content, brand and design belongs to Mental Form or its licensors.
5. Consultations and workshops
- Sessions are booked in the specialist's available slots; the online link or venue details are sent after payment is confirmed.
- A session starts at its scheduled time; late arrival does not extend the session.
- Cancellation and rescheduling rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- In-person workshops have limited seats; a seat is confirmed only once payment is complete.
6. Acceptable use
- The platform may not be used for any unlawful activity or to abuse other members or specialists.
- Attempting to breach the platform, access other users' data or disrupt the service is prohibited.
- We may remove any content or comment that violates these terms without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Services are provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using, or being unable to use, the platform. In all cases our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
8. Changes
We may change these terms, prices or services at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and continued use of the platform means you accept them. Orders completed before a change remain subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, after an attempt at amicable resolution by contacting us.
